dblxau Pty Ltd / www.dblx.au, guarantees their products for a period of 5 Years from the manufacturing date to be free from manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover misuse or damage due to environmental factors such as exposure to extreme conditions, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, scratches, burns, or inappropriate use of cleaning products or damage to 3rd party property. This guarantee does not cover damage by freight.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear and in the case of faulty components, does not cover labour for onsite fitting.
www.dblx.au reserves the right to determine manufacturing faults and repair any product covered by this guarantee.

Defect claims must be brought to our attention via email; hello@dblx.au accompanied by photo documentation. www.dblx.au reserves the right to subject the claim to an inspection. If the product is confirmed defective, we will send a replacement. The cost of shipping will be absorbed by dblxau​​Returns and Exchangeswww.dblx.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly, and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of www.dblx.au ​Lead Times

The standard lead time for in-stock items is 3-5 business days. Made-to-order lead times may be 4-8 weeks. This is only a guide and cannot be guaranteed..


Delivery
‍Physical goods may be delivered by FedEX's freight services and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option.


Transit Damages
‍Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the freight service used or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.dblx.au.​ After opening the delivery, should the goods be damaged, take photos of the product and report the issue by sending an email to hello@dblx.au within 3 days after receiving your package. If the product is confirmed defective, we will send you a replacement product and reclaim the defective product (which must be unassembled and in its original packaging) at our cost. Once goods have been delivered, www.dblx.au is not responsible for any defect or damage which may be caused by:
- Failing to properly maintain or store any goods before installation
- Improper installation or assembly
- Failing to follow instructions or guidelines provided by www.dblx.au
